AFTER-SALES, FOLLOWED THROUGH

Less chasing.
More clarity.

For the work between a customer reporting a problem and a supplier delivering the agreed outcome.

01A complete evidence file.Keep order references, photos, product labels and supplier requirements together. See what is missing before submission.
02A decision you can follow.Record the submission, follow-up date and supplier response. Every update stays with the case.
03An outcome you can verify.Track payments, credit notes and replacement units separately. Attach proof and record partial receipts.
THE DISTINCTION THAT MATTERS

A promise isn’t
a payment.

“The supplier approved it” is one step. Money in the bank or a replacement at the warehouse is another. Yingda keeps both visible.

  • Record the agreed outcome before adding receipts.
  • Keep credit notes separate from recovered cash.
  • Close a shortfall only with a recorded reason.

BEFORE YOU START

Clear scope.
Clear expectations.

Who is Yingda built for?

Furniture retailers, distributors and importers that need to follow damaged-item, missing-part and warranty cases through to a supplier outcome. Your team records the supplier’s actual policy and decision.

Does “approved” mean we have recovered the money?

No. Requested amounts, approved cash and received cash are separate. Credit notes and replacement units have their own records. Each receipt needs supporting evidence, and partial receipts leave an outstanding balance.

Can I start without connecting WhatsApp or Facebook?

Yes. Create a claim manually, upload photos and documents, and record supplier updates. When a business channel is connected and verified, your team can also start a claim from an incoming conversation.

Does Yingda send the claim to my supplier automatically?

No. Review and print the supplier packet, download any original PDFs, and send them through your usual supplier channel. Then record the submission reference and follow-up date in the case.

Does this replace my accounting or order system?

No. Yingda tracks cases and supporting receipts. It does not move money, issue accounting credit notes, synchronize ERP records or decide warranty eligibility. Your team verifies those actions.

How do I get access?

Your administrator creates your merchant account and arranges access. Existing Yingda accounts can use the claims workspace. Online checkout is not available.
