Request data deletion

Updated: 19 September 2026

You can request deletion of information held by YingdaChat, including account, store, connected Facebook or WhatsApp channel, customer conversation records, and supplier claims and evidence. Requests are handled by the service operator, 金华市珙弧贸易有限公司.

1. Send a request

Email lwy72480@gmail.com with the subject YingdaChat data deletion request. Include:

Do not send passwords, access tokens, payment-card details or government identity documents. If you are a customer, you may instead ask the store you contacted to submit or assist with your request.

2. Verify and follow the request

We will reply to the email thread to verify your relationship to the records, clarify the scope if needed, and provide the status and expected completion time. Reply to that same thread for updates. After verification, we will delete the applicable records or explain any information that must be retained and the reason. Requests are reviewed manually; sending an email does not itself immediately delete data.

3. Stop future access when needed

Merchants can disconnect the channel in YingdaChat's channel settings and remove YingdaChat from the connected apps or business integrations in Meta settings. This stops the relevant integration, but is separate from deleting history already stored in YingdaChat. Disconnecting does not delete a Facebook Page or WhatsApp account.

What deletion covers

For a verified account-deletion request, the scope can include associated credentials and sessions, stored channel tokens, imported store knowledge and files, conversations, original channel attachments and staged uploads, replies, template consent confirmations, support notes, supplier claims, uploaded evidence, settlement records and related workspace records. A request for a specific conversation is limited to the records identified in the verified request. We will explain any necessary legal or security retention in our response.

YingdaChat cannot erase independent copies held by Meta, a merchant's other systems or recipients of messages. Contact those services or the merchant separately when needed.
