YingdaChat

Privacy Policy

Effective: 19 September 2026

YingdaChat is a customer-support and after-sales workspace operated by 金华市珙弧贸易有限公司 (identified in Meta's business records as Jinhua Gongwan Trading Co., Ltd). This notice explains how we handle information through yingdachat.com and the YingdaChat Meta application. Privacy contact: lwy72480@gmail.com.

Information we process

How we use information

We use this information to authenticate users, keep stores' workspaces separate, connect authorized channels, receive and display customer inquiries, search merchant-provided knowledge, prepare answers, send authorized replies, manage human follow-up, record service usage, provide support and protect the service. We also organize supplier-claim evidence, track follow-up dates and recorded outcomes, and provide private case exports and printable supplier packets. Merchants choose when and with whom to share exported files, forward case evidence through connected channels, or send approved follow-up templates. Demonstration conversations are separate from live channel conversations.

AI-assisted answers

When AI assistance is enabled, the customer's question and relevant excerpts from the merchant's knowledge are sent to the configured AI provider to generate an answer. YingdaChat currently uses DeepSeek for this service; the software also supports OpenAI when configured. A question or source excerpt may contain personal information if a customer or merchant includes it. Merchants should only supply information needed for customer support, review their knowledge and generated answers, and avoid entering passwords, payment-card details or identity documents into conversations or knowledge files.

Creating a supplier claim, uploading its evidence and recording a settlement do not invoke an AI model or automatically send the evidence to a supplier. Case records and files remain part of the merchant workspace until deleted under the process below.

Who receives information

The merchant and authorized service administrators can access information needed to operate and support their workspace. Connected Meta services receive information necessary for channel authorization and message delivery. Infrastructure providers, including Cloudflare and the Sites hosting service, process information to host and operate the application; the configured AI provider processes the answer-generation input described above. Information may also be disclosed when required by applicable law or necessary to investigate abuse and protect the service. We do not sell customer conversations or use Meta platform data for advertising audiences.

Storage and retention

Records and uploaded files, including staged files not yet sent, are stored using our hosting infrastructure. Supported incoming attachments are saved privately; adding an attachment to a claim creates a separate private copy. Connected-channel tokens are stored encrypted, and application access is restricted by account and store. No system can guarantee absolute security. Our providers may process information in countries different from yours, including China for DeepSeek processing.

Workspace records remain available while needed to provide the merchant's service, unless deleted following a verified request. The current service does not automatically delete conversation history when a channel is disconnected or a subscription expires. We may retain limited records where necessary for security, resolving disputes or legal obligations. If such a restriction affects a deletion request, we will explain it in our response.

Your choices and deletion requests

Merchants can disconnect a supported channel in YingdaChat and revoke the integration through Meta's account or business settings. Disconnecting removes the stored channel token and stops that connection, but does not erase existing workspace history or copies held by Meta.

You can request access, correction or deletion by emailing lwy72480@gmail.com. See our data deletion instructions for the information to provide. We may ask for proportionate verification before disclosing or removing records. Customers can also contact the store they messaged; the merchant determines the purpose of its customer-service conversations, while YingdaChat processes those conversations to provide the service.

Cookies and third-party services

YingdaChat uses essential cookies for signed-in sessions. Meta authorization and external services operate under their own privacy notices. This notice covers YingdaChat's handling of information, rather than information independently held by a merchant or another platform.

Changes and contact

We will publish changes on this page with an updated effective date. Send privacy questions and requests to lwy72480@gmail.com.
